Luke, good information, but if you look at the Hulks powers, he has superspeed also. You also forgot about the Hulk jumping ability, he jumped from Earth to Mount Olympus, to battle Hercules, so as extended as the Hulk has a base to jump from he can and will make it to numerous places.
