Use the correct order of ammos to unlock four-move combos. Special combos do greater damage to the Boss. Ka-pow! There are 6 different red C-C-C-combos when you fight the Assassin. That means the red  combo that works for you may not be the same for your friends.

Bloody Knuckles -> Knife Slash -> Knife Slash -> Shotgun Blast –  Green Combo Bloody Knuckles -> Crack of the Bat -> Knife Slash -> Shotgun Blast – Yellow Combo Bloody Knuckles -> Bloody Knuckles -> Bloody Knuckles -> Bloody Knuckles – Red Combo

Green ---> Knuckles Punch -> Knife Slash -> Crack of the Bat -> Crack of the Bat Yellow combo ----> Knuckles Punch -> Knife Slash -> Knuckles Punch -> Knife Slash Red--> Bat->Shotgun->Shotgun->Shotgun
